What a proxy rule test checks
Proxy clients send some destinations through a tunnel and others directly. This test requests representative services and shows which public IP answers, so you can confirm split-routing rules.
When a rule looks wrong
If a site that should be direct shows a VPN exit, or a site that should be proxied shows your ISP, the matching rule is too broad, too narrow or in the wrong order. Re-run after editing the client.
